- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This is just for mustang location. I never had a problem before depositing a paycheck but today they wanted to put a hold on it because apparently the girl said that she never seen that type of amount in my account before but when I called customer service the guy said he doesn't know what she was talking about because he can see clearly on my accounts that I have made those deposits before in the past every single month ! I will never go to this location again if I want my banking done right I will go to the locations in Yukon or the city and if this continues to happen I will find another bankBy Violet Wolf, February 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had issues with the Mustang location the last 2 times I have been there. Terrible customer service, rude drive-thru tellers (actually I looked on my deposit slips and it was the same girl both times), and it takes FOREVER to make a deposit. I will start driving a little further to go to the Yukon location instead. Very disappointed!!!By Stephanie Fugate, January 18, 2017
